Whether in teens, being mothers, or approaching to old age women are expected to look good and youthful in all circumstances and old age is something that must be avoided at all costs.
Being women the mind is always obsessed to maintain yourself to avoid askew and awry comments which is why women tend to spend hours slogging on tread-mill, though they are unwilling to do so.
Even workplaces are becoming increasingly ageist. Your chances of finding job decrease with an increase in your age especially after fifty. The days when everyone looked for experiences are over now its youthful dynamism that counts.
Women who are approaching middle-age need to tightened their belts and try hard to at least appear younger which involves coloring hair, exercising daily, uplifting face massages to ensure that you completely rejuvenate yourself and keep updated with latest fashions whether its clothes, mobile or music.
And if your job demands vivacious and active concerns then smarten-up yourself and rely on what makes the world go around today. The heavy and slob-like looks are outdated even if you are pregnant you have to give yourself right dose of diets to maintain figure. The moment you have popped the baby out, step in immediately to exercise and dieting to get your original figure back.
The tremendous pressure mounts at the age of forty when you are reluctant to schedule regularly going to parlors. Six weekly coloring appointments and if you have hair of 20yrs old then you have to pair it with 50yrs old face to gratify to the eyes of others.
So, youth is profound and at its premium accost it with energy and fervor intensity to maintain your health as excuses are no longer heard instead seems to be eerie to ears.

But going to the Univ after that made me so consious of my looks that there actually came a time when I couldnt bear to step out of the house without perfectly straight hair!!
Cant say I’m still over it, but thankfully I’m not having anxiety attacks if I’m having a bad hair day or if I put on a kilo or two!!
